Meet Your Host
Hi, I'm Nish
Thank you for stepping into The House.
If you've found yourself here, I hope you know that there's already room for you.
People often ask me how The House of Consult began.
The truth is, it wasn't built around a business idea.
It was built around people.
For as long as I can remember, friends, colleagues, and even strangers have felt comfortable sharing stories they had never told anyone else. They would often say, "I've never talked about this before," or "Thank you for helping me see things differently." Those conversations made me realize that what people are often searching for isn't someone with all the answers; it's someone who will listen with curiosity, ask thoughtful questions, and create space for them to understand themselves more clearly.
Over the years, that same purpose has shown up in every chapter of my life.
I've supported children and their families, coached caregivers and educators, guided college students and international students through major life transitions, helped young adults make career and education decisions, and created creative spaces where people could express themselves and connect with others.
At first, these experiences seemed unrelated.
Now I see they were all leading me here.
Whether I'm sitting across from one person in Your Room, welcoming people into a workshop in the Community Room, or supporting parents and educators in the Family Room, my purpose is always the same:
To create spaces where people feel safe enough to pause, reflect, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
The House of Consult is my way of bringing those passions together under one roof.
My hope is that everyone who walks through these doors leaves feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and reminded that they never have to navigate life alone.
Welcome to the House.
I'm so glad you're here.
